The Rinnegan is the tip of the Uchiha clan’s strongest eye Sharingan and one of the strongest eyes in the Naruto and Boruto series.

Even so right now if the Rinnegan’s eye is destroyed there is no way to naturally regenerate it, namely it will be damaged. This is shown through Momoshiki and Urashiki’s Rinnegan eyes being destroyed and how Obito and Sakura tried to destroy Madara’s Rinnegan eye in Obito. In Sasuke’s case, he will most likely lose these eyes forever.

One Sasuke Rinnegan is equivalent to two normal Rinnegan

When it first appeared, perhaps some of you found it strange why Sasuke’s Rinnegan only appeared in his left eye. When in reality it doesn’t matter that much because Sasuke’s Rinnegan is very special. Sasuke’s one-eye power is equivalent to that of two other normal Rinnegan, which allows Sasuke to use many of the Rinnegan’s signature techniques as normal.

So surely many people are curious about whether Sasuke’s right eye can become a Rinnegan? This remains a mystery as to what process Sasuke went through to obtain the Rinnegan and why it only appeared on his left eye. And most importantly, even though it only appears on one side, its power is fully demonstrated.

If this approach is followed, in my personal opinion, Sasuke’s right eye will not be able to become a Rinnegan. Take for example the case of Kakashi when Madara took the sharingan from his left eye. Although Naruto later restored it with Rikudou’s power, only normal eyes appeared, not dojutsu.

Consider losing Sasuke’s Rinnegan as a form of permanent nerf

Because of the above, it can be seen that Sasuke’s Rinnegan may have been completely damaged and there is no way to restore it. Besides, there’s no reason why Naruto lost Kurama and Sasuke lost the Rinnegan at the same time. This moment was likely intended to effect a nerf or nerf to the two strongest ninjas in the world at the time.

This is not difficult to understand because it is now the era of Boruto, so the loss of Naruto and Sasuke’s great power makes the next generation even more developed, because this is their series. So now let’s establish that Sasuke’s Rinnegan and Naruto’s Kurama are gone indefinitely.
