Lembayung is a 2024 supernatural horror film in which two young women have strange experiences while undergoing practical field work (PFW) at a dental clinic in a small hospital in Central Java. The title translates into English as “Crimson”.
Directed and co-produced by Baim Wong, making his feature directorial debut, from a screenplay co-written with Ruben Adrian. Also produced by Emilka Chaidir.
The MNC Pictures-Tiger Wong Pictures co-production stars Taskya Namya, Yasamin Jasem, Arya Saloka, Daffa Wardhana, Tio Pakusadewo, Paula Verhoeven, Mario Maulana, Erick Estrada, Dayu Wijanto, Asri Welas and Ence Bagus.
