Jo Hemmings stated to The U.S. Sun that Selena Gomez is no longer concerned with her weight or cosmetics application.

A psychotherapist claimed that Selena and Benny Blanco’s pictures demonstrate their strong mutual trust.

On Friday, Selena, 31, celebrated her boyfriend Benny Blanco’s 36th birthday by posting a montage on Instagram.

The duo may be seen kissing in the dark in a last clip.

Selena posted another picture of herself resting on the edge of an unmade bed in February.

The creator of Rare Beauty wore no makeup. She flaunted a new, natural bob while sporting jeans and a white vest top.

The actress from The Only Murders in the Building had “better self-esteem,” according to psychologist Jo Hemmings.

Selena has reaffirmed that she is focused on body positivity in addition to her new romantic partner.

Hemmings told The U.S. Sun, “Selena looks happier and simultaneously embraces her curves and new relationship.”

“There’s a suggestive picture of her with Benny. This demonstrates how deeply in love she is.

“With Benny, she no longer needs to worry about her weight or wearing makeup.

“Benny adores her for who she is, so she feels more liberated.

“Selena’s self-esteem and physical and mental health issues are much better.”

Selena, who has dated Justin Bieber and The Weeknd, went public with the swarthy songwriter in December 2023.

She has since posted photos of the couple lying in bed. “My bes fwend,” she captioned one Instagram post.

“They are even talking to each other on Instagram in baby talk,” said Hemmings.

“This is a bit cringe. It does indicate a high level of trust in each other.

“But this is key for Selena, who has often spoken about feeling unsafe.

According to a psychotherapist, Selena (seen here with Benny) posts pictures and videos to confirm and bolster her feelings of positivity and wellbeing.

“Before now, she said she did not know whom to trust.”

In January, Selena also told fans she would “never” be thin again.

She posted a throwback photo of herself in a zebra bikini from 2013 when she was 21.
