Serena Williams looks chic in a bodysuit and plaid pencil skirt as she portrays the consummate sports fan at the Grand Prix

The 39-year-old professional tennis player cut a casual figure as she enjoyed a private boat ride before heading back to shore and promptly attending a Formula One racing event.

Dressed for the event: Serena Williams was seen cutting a very stylish figure as she spent time at the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday

Best seat in the house: From her perch she was able to see the full scope of the incredible track and even got a close up look at the pit while there

Serena looked completely at ease as she shared a breathtaking view while spending time on a private boat.

Williams wore a black sleeveless bodysuit and stayed warm with a classic blue jean jacket during her outing.

She paired her tight tank top with a brown plaid pencil skirt and wore her brown hair in natural curls.

She notably wore a black facial covering with her brand’s S by Serena logo to keep herself protected from COVID-19 while spending time around other people.

Sharing the sights: The professional tennis player also took several videos and photos from the annual racing event, which she shared to her Instagram Story

In the pit: The tennis legend was afforded some up close and personal access as she gave her followers a look at the action in the pit

Scenic views: Williams’ first Story post gave her 13.1 million followers a breathtaking look at the coastal city

At one point, she made it onto a racetrack before the start of an event and spent time walking around the area and checking out the teams preparing to send their drivers off.

The Olympian also sent a shout-out to her ‘best friend,’ Lewis Hamilton, who took part in the day’s races.

She then spent time in front of Aston Martin’s team’s garage and gave her 13.1 million followers a closer look into the pre-event preparations that were being taken.

All access: Williams was seen being led around the track’s various areas including the Aston Martin team’s servicing garage

Up close: In shots taken near the track she looked intrigued as she walked through some information about the iconic race

Comfy clothing: The Olympic medalist was seen wearing a denim jacket on top of a sleeveless black shirt in one of her shots

Protective wear: The athlete wore a pair of noise-cancelling headphones while watching the annual sporting event

Once she made it back to the boxes, Williams reconnected with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, who appeared enthusiastic about the upcoming races.

She also shared shots of herself relaxing on a rail above a racetrack and wearing a pair of noise-muffling headphones while enjoying the event.

The tennis champion’s two videos from the race showed a pair of cars pulling into their respective maintenance areas while teams of technicians checked on the vehicles.

Better together: Williams’ husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, was also in attendance at the Monaco Grand Prix

Working hard: The tennis champion shared a video of a team working on a car that promptly sped off after receiving maintenance

She later shared clips from an offsite area before the start of a post-race event and caught a glimpse of the top cars of the day.

Williams appeared to be enjoying the attention while answering a few questions during her time at the event.

She later went on to wave a checkered flag during the end portion of the Monaco Grand Prix.

Serena and Alexis were married in November 2017, just weeks before welcoming their daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., into the world in September.
