Unfortunately, soon after the actor had died, it appeared as though a fake GoFundMe account was made in the actor’s name. Tyler’s good friend in San Diego and sponsor took to his Instagram account to assure his fans that he was a responsible adult that took care of all his needs while he was still alive and that no such fundraiser was approved by his estate.

The Instagram post also reads:

The narrative that Tyler left this world without proper planning is completely false and disrespectful. Any attempts to fundraise on his behalf either for funeral expenses or his children would be against his wishes and are not authorized by his estate. Tyler deserved to pass with dignity.
