Valentin Disappears, Anna’s On The Hunt Again?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will disappear for six months as James returns to filming “The Villains Of Valley View”.

However, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will still have a storyline-will a regretful Anna go on the hunt for her possibly ex-lover?

General Hospital Spoilers – Six Months Is A Long Time To Be Off Screen

Six months is a long time to be off screen, but this time, James was not able to film “Villains” and play Valentin on GH at the same time. Currently, ‘Vanna’ appears to be headed for splitsville, but when Valentin’s disappearance actually happens, they could have made up.

But an even better story would be for a regretful Anna to miss him and go on the hunt for him, and she will get a storyline that lasts six months.

James and Finola released this news at a fan event when asked of the fate of the popular couple. They didn’t say, however, when Valentin’s absence from the GH canvas would begin.

GH Spoilers – Anna Devane Is Angry, But She’s Also Heartbroken

Anna is angry at Valentin, but she’s also heartbroken-she had fallen for him hard, and he’d been in love with her-so he says-since WSB spy school as Ivan Theodore.

He was fooled by her twin Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) but it was Anna who he wanted, having gotten involved with Alex when she was impersonating Anna.

But since she is heartbroken over the prospect of breaking up with Valentin, issues of distrust having come up between them, absence may make her heart grow fonder.

And, if Valentin’s disappearance is suspicious, that means she may feel fearful of never seeing him again and go on the hunt to find and rescue him.

Besides, what will happen to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) if her father disappears again-this may be her chance to prove she’s not out to harm Valentin!

General Hospital Spoilers – An Old Enemy Is To Blame-But His, Or Hers?

The ultimate revenge that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) would have wanted against Anna is to endanger his own son, and he’s used him as bait before.

Charlotte’s being brainwashed using the tarot cards as triggers may really be Victor’s revenge against Valentin, not against Anna—against Anna he may have employed Jamison Forsyth (as yet uncast).

It’s a good possibility that Forsyth may now kidnap Valentin to torment Anna, as Charlotte was used to terrorize Anna to torment Valentin once he found out!

That is a very intricate plan, one Victor would have set up in detail in the event of his death. Even from beyond the grave, Victor continues to haunt Valentin, Anna, and Charlotte!
