WORKING in Hollywood can’t be easy, especially when there are so many egos competing for the spotlight.
Some of our favorite celebrities have gone at each other with hurtful words and snappy remarks, and even years later we’re still talking about these iconic celebrity feuds.

Flashing back to the early 2000s, ’90s babies could never forget the love triangle between Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, and Aaron Carter.
Despite being in a two-year relationship with Duff, Carter decided to start dating Lohan… at the same exact time.
Back in 2005, Carter told CNBC: “I was dating [Hilary] for like a year and a half, and then I just got a little bored so I went and I started getting to know Lindsay.”
Ouch.
Flash forward to 2004 when Lohan called on Chad Michael Murray to talk trash about Duff while filming A Cinderella Story with her.
After Lohan made fun of Duff in an SNL skit in 2004, Duff banned her from attending the A Cinderella Story premiere.
Later that year, Duff told Blender magazine: “Sometimes, I really hate Lindsay Lohan.”
They finally dropped the Mean Girls act in 2007 when Duff told PEOPLE: “We are both adults, and whatever happened, happened when we were young.
“It’s over.”

On Bloomberg TV, she said: “She wants to be a lifestyle arbiter. Fine. Good. I think I started this whole category of lifestyle.”
After Stewart referred to Paltrow and then-husband Chris Martin’s divorce as “conscious uncoupling,” Paltrow responded by posting the recipe for a “jailbird cake,” nudging at Stewart’s five-month sentence for fraud.

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry’s drama started back in 2012 when three of Perry’s California Dreams tour dancers left to join Swift on her Red tour.
They then ended up leaving before it was over to rekindle with Perry on her Prismatic tour.
In 2014, Swift told Rolling Stone that her song “Bad Blood” was about another female singer.
“She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me,” Swift told Rolling Stone, which we now know was referring to the tour dancer scandal, yet Swift has never confirmed this.
In response, Perry tweeted “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing…,” which many fans believe is about the Love Story singer.
Their back and forth feuding continued for years.
In 2015, Swift refused to share who Bad Blood was written about.
The following year, Perry posted a video of her dancing to the lyrics about Taylor Swift in Kanye West’s song “Famous,” where he calls her a b***h.
In 2017, Perry spilled all her TayTay-tea on an episode of James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke, confirming that their tension began over the dancers.
Ready for the feud to end, Swift sent Perry cookies with “Let’s be friends” spelled out in icing.
Perry shared the tasty treat on her Instagram with the caption “Feels good” and her new friend commented a number of heart emojis.
JENNIFER LOPEZ VS. MARIAH CAREY

In an early-2000s interview, Mariah Carey was asked about her opinion on a number of rival female singers in the industry.
When asked about Jennifer Lopez, Carey responded “I don’t know her,” which later became an infamous meme.
While working on the movie Glitter, Carey had fastened a sample from the 1978 Yellow Magic Orchestra’s 1978 song “Firecracker,” which she was planning to use for her new single “Loverboy.”
Carey’s ex-husband Tommy Mottola was the head of Sony Music at that time, and bitter over his divorce from the superstar, he tried to give that sample to Lopez instead.
In Carey’s memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey, she wrote: “After hearing my new song, using the same sample I used, Sony rushed to make a single for another female entertainer on their label (whom I don’t know).”
She broke down details of the feud in her book, but never once addressed Lopez by her name, instead she called her “another female entertainer on [Sony] whom I don’t know.”
At the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, Lopez was caught scrolling through her phone during Carey’s performance.
When asked about it in an interview with Andy Cohen, the “On the Floor” singer said “that was not fair with the whole texting thing. It was a long performance!”
In a 2018 interview with Pitchfork, Carey was asked about her original ‘I don’t know her’ comment, in which she insisted “I really was trying to say something nice or say nothing at all, I really was.”
KANYE WEST VS. DRAKE

In late 2018, Kanye West and Drake dissed one other through tracks with one of West’s going as far as revealing that Drake had a son.
Drake felt that West went behind his back, and months later, West used Twitter to claim that the former Degrassi start had been trying to meet up for months.
“You sneak dissing on records and texting Kris about how’s the family.”
“I told you I ain’t tell Pusha about your son,” West wrote.
“It’s all love bro but don’t play with me, You stay too close to be playing all these industry games bro, Sending purple emojis when I’m dealing with mental s**t, I need my apologies now.”
After seeing Drake had followed his wife Kim Kardashian on Instagram, West tweeted “I had to bring this up because it’s the most f**ked up thing of all and I just saw it this morning, Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram.”
After years of feuding back and forth, Drake allegedly targeted West in his Certified Lover Boy album in 2021.
Finally, it seemed the two had put their differences aside after posting a number of friendly Instagram stories together in late 2021.

During her MDNA tour, the Queen of Pop Madonna accused Lady Gaga of ripping off her 1989 song “Express Yourself.”
Madonna claimed that Gaga’s hit “Born This Way” (2011) sounded very similar to her iconic song.
In response, Gaga said, “It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make a mockery of their work.”
MILEY CYRUS VS. NICKI MINAJ

When Nicki Minaj failed to receive a video of the year nomination for Anaconda for the 2015 VMA’s yet Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus both did, she took to Twitter to say: “When the ‘other’ girls drop a video that breaks records and impacts culture they get that nomination.”
She followed it up with: “If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year.”
To which Swift replied “@NICKIMINAJ I’ve done nothing but love & support you. It’s unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot.”
In an interview with The New York Times, Cyrus described Minaj as “not too kind” and accused her of being jealous for not getting a nomination.
Then the drama unfolded at the 2015 VMA’s, when Minaj won the award for best hip-hop video.
While receiving it, she turned to Cyrus to say “Back to this bitch that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press; Miley, what’s good?”
“Nicki, congratu-f**king-lations,” Cyrus said.
The tension between the two stars went back and forth for years, and in 2019, Minaj even compared the Malibu singer to a slab of raw meat.
After Cyrus’ track Cattitude included the line “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi,” Minaj was angry at the comments made towards her issues with WAP singer Cardi B.
On her Queen Radio show, she said: “A Perdue chicken can never talk shit about queens,” said Minaj.

Gomez made the decision to unfollow both Kendall and Kylie Jenner on Instagram.
The former Wizards of Waverly Place star still does not follow the Jenner sisters.
In another celeb unfollowing scandal, Drake recently unfollowed ex Rihanna following her first baby bump photo and then posted a cryptic message for his followers.
