Oh, Brother! Bold & Beautiful Add Two ‘Big’ Names to the Show

If there’s one thing that the folks at The Bold and the Beautiful love, it’s a good guest star moment! Marie Osmond just made her big debut as Countess Von Frankfurt for the Forrester fashion showdown, at the same time The Young and the Restless’ Lauren and Esther crossed over. But few shows have supplied such a ready supply of guest stars quite like CBS’ perennial reality competition, Big Brother!

And now, Entertainment Weekly reports, the sudser is about to get two more as Big Brother season 25 stars Cirie Fields and Matt Klotz (who was this season’s runner up) will make their appearances in just over a month! They’re both already on-set filming scenes for Bold & Beautiful‘s Wednesday, December 20th episode, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be appearing together.

The tradition, of course, began way back with Big Brother‘s season 5 in 2004 when winner Drew Daniel made his daytime debut as a Bold & Beautiful reporter. Last year’s Big Brother guests, Monte Taylor, Joseph Abdin and Taylor Hale all made their appearances at a Forrester fashion show, but this year, it sounds like the contestants are branching out a bit more.

Per EW, Fields will be playing Dr. Martin who consults with her fellow medical professionals Finn and Bridget on a patient, while Klotz will be James, an employee of (where else?) Forrester Creations working with RJ, Luna and Zende. That’s a pretty darn good combination, though our first thought of what could be going on when they show up isn’t a fun one!

What if, for instance, something happens on that day that sends Eric rushing from the offices of Forrester to the hospital where he needs an emergency consultation? Nah, we’re sure he’ll be fine. But it’s not often the show needs to bring in a third doctor for a consult! We guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens before our overactive imaginations get the better of us.

Cranswick, the food giant behind the plans, says the two sites will be set 400 yards apart and operate separately to act as a ‘bio-precaution’. But locals fear the giant facility will belch out foul odours including ammonia fumes, attract swarms of flies and result in thousands of lorries driving past homes.
