Nelly, real nɑme Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., is asking just $600,000 for his vacant estate in Wildwood, Missouri.
The rapper, 46, рᴜrcҺɑse the home in 2002 with the intention of selling it, but it now appears that both the home and the project have been put on hold.
According to TMZ, Nelly, who was born and raised in the St. Louis region, intended to remodel the home with the aid of a friend who is a contractor. Instead, no work on the anticipated changes was ever done. The house has been in bad shape for a long time.
The “Ride with Me” rapper currently wants to abandon the project and cut his losses. On Thursday, the house initially appeared on the market for рᴜrcҺɑse. When Nelly acquired the house, it had a stunning $2,499,000 price tag. However, it is unknown how much the performer paid for it.
The 1998 structure is only a short drive from Eureka’s Hidden Valley Ski Resort and around 30 miles from St. Louis. The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has 10,799 square feet and is situated on a 12-acre plot of property.
The home boasts a three-car garage, a private basketball court, and a view of the Meramec River valley. It also offers lots of entertainment space.
