Despite openly expressing her preference for not engaging in regular workouts and her enjoyment of carb-heavy ramen noodles while on tour, Selena Gomez recently revealed in an MTV interview that she is making adjustments to her routine in order to tone up for her upcoming Stars Dance tour.

“I’m incorporating workouts into my routine, something I’ve never really done before. I’m also exploring dancing more. My girlfriends and I have started dancing together from 10 PM until the early hours of the morning, making fun videos,” the singer shared. She emphasized how this approach is helping her stay active and develop her dancing skills. “Dance is an art form, and I’m motivated to excel in it. I’m definitely enjoying the process.”

Judging by the visible results, her enjoyable cardio workouts are yielding positive outcomes. In addition to her impressive physique and undeniable talent, Gomez assures fans that her concerts will be brimming with continuous excitement. “I want the atmosphere to resemble a vibrant rave!”
