A few days ago Serena Williams was announced at the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year and last night she was honoured at the ceremony held at Pier 60 in New York City.
For the ceremony, Serena Williams was supported by her sister Venus Williams and her mother.
Serena Williams was named Sportsperson of the Year by SI and accepted the award during a celebration at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers.
