Paris Fashion Week has ended. It’s time to look back at the most beautiful street style outfits of this year’s fashion week. Many people dress beautifully on the streets of Paris. But if we say who has the most outstanding and memorable street style outfits at Paris Spring/Summer 2022 fashion week, it is Cardi B.

In the Spring and Summer of 2020, Cardi B was the star with the highest number of interactions on social networks because of her grand appearance in Paris. This year, she rewrote the old version. But if in the Spring Summer 2020 season, Cardi B only had 2 outfits for the streets of Paris, then in the Spring Summer 2022 season, she had up to 10 different outfits. Wow!

Join Harper’s Bazaar to review Cardi B’s craziest street style outfits at Paris Spring/Summer 2022 fashion week.

Designer Thierry Mugler presented the exhibition Thierry Mugler, Couturissime at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs on September 28. Cardi B, who wore the designer’s scallop dress to the 2019 Grammy Awards, was Mugler’s guest of honor.

On the red carpet opening of the Thierry Mugler, Couturissime exhibition , Cardi B appeared in a figure-hugging red dress with sequins. She wears it with a feathered cape, which when raised looks like a halo around her body. This is a vintage design from the Fall/Winter 1994 season of the French couture house.

Then she changed into another outfit, also from Mugler

On the same night of the Mugler party, Cardi B changed clothes. Her second design of the night is also a vintage item from the fashion house Mugler.

This event marked Cardi B’s first appearance on the red carpet since giving birth to her second child with husband Offset.

Cardi B stirs up the streets of Paris with a surreal outfit from Schiaparelli

Mugler’s two previous designs were evening gowns, although strange, it was understandable because they were red carpet outfits for an art exhibition. But when going down the streets of Paris, Cardi B continues to choose equally strange outfits.

On August 29, Cardi B strolled Paris in a surreal design from French fashion house Schiaparelli. The blazer with a metal patch on the chest is the work of creative director Daniel Roseberry. The glasses and metal headpiece are a design by Stephen Jones for Schiaparelli. On her arms and chest, she wears jewelry with wandering eyes.

Cardi B’s stylist, Kollin Carter, jokingly called this outfit “a rich old lady from Mars”.

But of course Schiaparelli, if he wants to sell ready-to-wear, must also have clothes that are easier to wear. Cardi B chose a simpler outfit from Schiaparelli next. Double-breasted gown with yellow embellished details. She wore it over a simple black bodysuit. On his head is a French beret.

Usually, customers will wear a brand’s clothing when coming to work with them, to show respect for the brand. But Cardi B chose a Richard Quinn outfit, Rick Owens boots and Jaupin glasses. The outfit is bold goth/punk, but very sexy in Cardi B style.

What accessories make Parisian Chic style? It is the beret, the symbol of French fashion. Cardi B coordinated a Ruslan Baginskiy beret with a sparkling jumpsuit when going to dinner with her husband Offset, on the evening of September 30. This is a headwear brand from Ukraine, loved by characters like Gigi and Bella Hadid, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus or Natalia Vodianova.

The female singer is a fan of the king of red sole shoes. She went to dinner with him wearing a black turtleneck and a skirt with a tiger print on the outside and leopard print on the inside. “Good conversations, good food, close friends. I went to dinner with a fashion icon!”, she wrote excitedly on Instagram.

At the end of Paris Spring/Summer 2022 fashion week, Christian Louboutin sent a pair of yellow high heels with feathers to Cardi B. The rapper exclaimed, “You know, we were talking about carnival at the time.” , and now he gives me a pair of shoes that remind me of that dinner. Great, excellent, wonderfull”. Then she hugged it like a baby.

We finally know why Cardi B came to the Balenciaga office the other day. Her husband, Offset, is a model for the Balenciaga Spring Summer 2022 show. Cardi B went to the Balenciaga show to support her husband. And of course, must appear in Balenciaga outfit.

On the red carpet of the event, Cardi B wore a trench coat and wide-brimmed hat from the Balenciaga Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2021 collection. The design was conceptualized by stylist Kollin Carter and Balenciaga creative director Demna Gvasalia.

Ending Paris fashion week with Richard Quinn outfits

For her final day in Paris, Cardi B stepped out in colorful designs from Richard Quinn. This is also the fashion house that designed Cardi B’s full-face floral outfit in Paris 2 years ago. And she once again favored Richard Quinn to end this year’s dramatic trip to Paris.

The two designs Cardi B chose both come from the Richard Quinn Spring/Summer 2022 collection recently performed at Paris fashion week. They are plain, sharp jumpsuits that cover from the neck down to the feet, and cover the shoes!

Maybe they’re only suitable for wearing indoors, but can’t be worn on the street to avoid getting dirty quickly, right? Yet Cardi B wore this leg-covering jumpsuit to see L’Arc de Triomphe in Paris wrapped in fabric – a work by Christo and Jeanne–Claude. She looked like a strange flower because she wore her headband like a baby’s nightgown.

Immediately, Cardi B’s image sparked a series of memes, likening her to a green frog or even Teletubbies on an American children’s channel.

The purple outfit also from Richard Mille that Cardi B wore to the Messika by Kate Moss jewelry show at night was less unusual. All because of classic combed hair like former US first lady Jackie Kennedy. It must be said that Richard Quinn’s designs help Cardi B show off her hourglass figure, with her butt and breasts (both fake, as she confessed in the song Rumors with Lizzo) round compared to her small waist .
