Former players, celebrities and other sports stars recorded short video testimonies and fans were shocked after seeing A-list celebrity Hilton included in the montage.
The celebrity businesswoman and television star is the heiress to the global Hilton hotel chain, but is also an avid follower of the Whites.
Leeds are slight favourites with the majority of national bookies heading into the Wembley showdown as they attempt to join Leicester and Ipswich in the English top-flight next season.

Hilton filmed her short video testimony while appearing to be travelling in a luxury vehicle and wishes the club ‘good luck’ for the biggest Championship game of the season.
The 43-year-old cuts a stylish figure with sunglasses on as she says: ‘Hey guys, it’s Paris. Just wanted to leave this message for you guys and say good luck with your game this weekend.
‘I’ll be rooting for you wearing my jersey,’ before giving a huge smile at the end of her message.
She later sent another message to the club on X, posting in reaction to the video: ‘Let’s go!’ alongside two fire emojis.
Fans couldn’t believe it after watching the celebrity’s message and reacted with amazement on X, with one supporter posting: ‘Erm, Paris Hilton?!!’.

Other stars who have earned celebrity status in America also featured in the footage, with actor Will Ferrell also recording a message for the Elland Road faithful.
