Drake has put his opulent $88 million Beverly Hills property up for sale. The timing is peculiar because of the intense public scrutiny the former Degrassi star is currently facing due to her ongoing rap feud with Kendrick Lamar.
The Beverly Hills Estates, Inc. real estate company’s website featured a listing for Drake’s Beverly Hills residence. The 25,000-square-foot property is a short drive from the Beverly Hills Hotel, per the listings page of The Beverly Hills Estates, Inc. The main house has 13 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, and an 11-car garage.
The real estate firm’s listing mentions an orchard, a hidden tennis court, and a pool-guest house in addition to the main house. Here are a few of the house pictures that were posted on the website of The Beverly Hills Estates, Inc.
As of May 10, Drake have not spoken publicly about the Beverly Hills home being listed on the market. According to public records, the home was previously owned by singer Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field, who is an actress.
The news of the listing also comes just days after Drake faced some drama at his Toronto home. A man working as a security guard for the Canadian rapper was shot outside the Toronto mansion earlier in the week.
