Khloe stepped out in a skin-tight black athleisure set comprised of a crop top and leggings.

On top, she donned a long black leather trench and completed the look with huge black-framed glasses over her face.

The star’s hair was colored a deep red-tinted brown which was different from her usual blond locks.

In the photo, her hair was styled lightly in loose waves and framed her slim face.

She cuddled her son, Tatum Thompson, to her hip while she held the hand of her daughter, True Thompson.

True linked hands with Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s daughter, Dream Kardashian.

The family were attending a basketball game with Kim, who was seen supporting her son from the sideline.

Khloe’s new look came after the star revealed her exercise and diet routine which helped her shed the pounds.

The Kardashian sister is no stranger to changing up her looks, but her latest regime helped her drop over 40 pounds.

She opened up about her struggles while appearing on the SHE MD podcast last week.

The reality star joined her OBGYN, Dr. Aliabadi, on the show, where they discussed her life as a parent and her very public weight loss journey.

“Well I’ve worked really hard because I used to be overweight a lot of my life,” she revealed.

“So it took years for me. I’ve always been even chubby. Athletic, I’ve always played sports, I just was never in shape,” she recalled.

“My thing is more the food because I have the determination. So I had to retrain my mind as to what I could eat, what I couldn’t eat.”

EMOTIONAL EATING?

Khloe continued, “And I used to be on, not necessarily a diet, but I would make lifestyle changes. I would cut out, let’s say, all sodas, little by little, I would cut things out.

“I would do that for a week and then cut out one other thing. I did every diet under the sun when I was younger.”

She revealed that she changed her mindset regarding workouts and diets.

“I now work out five days a week, I do cardiovascular intervals with weight lifting. If I’m getting ready for a shoot I’ll do pilates and my workouts.

“Now that I’m in a good place body-wise, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my mind is so trained, you don’t even want half of the crap. Or if you do want something, like I love a pizza. Pizza is my weakness.

“But now that I’m in this different state of mind, I’m never going to eat a full pizza,” she shared.

Khloe admitted that she previously indulged in emotional eating.

“Yeah I used to be a major emotional eater for sure. But then when I was done I would be like ‘Wait, I feel so good eating and so bad after.’

“And then I would cry, and probably do it again. And then I was sad, so I needed the ice cream again.

“It was this crazy repeat cycle.”
