Last night on American Idol she was spotted showing off her stomach in a gold metallic crop top and a pair of matching harem pants.

And today Jennifer Lopez bared even more flesh for the reality TV contest, by parading her pins in a thigh-skimming sequined minidress.

The 42-year-old left very little to the imagination as she made her way onset in the tiny shimmering black number.

She wore her hair up in an chic up-do in order to show off the halterneck and backless detail on the ensemble.

The curvy star boosted her height with some very high Christian Louboutin black lace stilettos and wore delicate diamond hoop earrings.

The star was surrounded by her entourage of stylists, make-up artists and hairdressers.

She waved to a crowd of fans and kept hydrated by sipping on a bottle of water.

Jennifer was on her way to send somebody home on tonight’s results show.

During the show, the 2012 American Idol Live Tour dates were also announced and the singers will begin their performances in Detroit on July 6 and end them on September 11 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Last night she also wowed in an all-metallic ensemble on the set of the hit show.

Jennifer, one of there judges on the programme, couldn’t resist showing off all of her best assets.

She displayed an expanse of taunt, toned stomach in a shiny gold cropped top.

The long sleeves prevented the garment from looking too racy, as she was already showing off a surplus of skin.

She paired the blouse with a pair of bronze harem trousers, which amplified the size of her already generous bottom.

Despite reports saying that JLo and her estranged husband Marc Anthony were locked in a bitter divorce battle, it has been claimed that isn’t true.

According to People magazine Lopez’s family law attorney Ron Anteau tells PEOPLE said:’ “The parties are working together to reach a friendly resolution that’s in the best interest of their children.’

He noted that Marc is ‘not seeking financial support from her in this divorce. Never has, never will. This is about trying to figure out how best for two very busy parents to share their children.’
