Tom Brady showed off a smooth golf swing and, perhaps, a bit more thigh than is advisable for a 46-year-old man as he continues to prepare for January’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Donning a white T-shirt, a backwards baseball hat and curiously short shorts, the seven-time Super Bowl winner was seen practicing his long irons and doing some chipping in practice footage posted on his Instagram account.

‘Early morning in the office,’ Brady joked in the caption. ‘What’s your club from 100 out?’

Although Brady didn’t reveal his preferred club choice from 100 yards away, his followers offered an array of responses, ranging from a sand wedge to a 5-iron.

Brady hinted at his decision to play Pebble Beach last week using a similar Instagram post of him practicing his swing.

It’s not clear where Brady was practicing, but the future Hall of Famer does live in Florida

‘@pebblebeachresorts pro am already on my mind,’ Brady wrote.

It’s not clear where the New England Patriots legend was practicing in either shot.

He currently lives in South Florida, but hails from San Mateo — about a two-hour drive from the famed Pebble Beach courses.

So how good is Tom Brady, the golfer?

Well, he supposedly has an eight handicap, according to Golf.com, but that doesn’t give a full picture of Brady’s competitiveness on the course.

Native New Englander and self-described Boston sports fan Keegan Bradley played Brady once in the Bahamas and shared that experience with Golf.com.

The PGA Tour pro agreed to give Brady a dozen shots that day.

‘And I win the first hole. I go, ‘TB, I’ll give you a buyout if you want,’ Bradley said on GOLF’s Subpar podcast.

‘I just start chirping. And then he runs off and plays the next 14 holes in four under par. Beats me 6 and 5.

‘He’s really good. I couldn’t believe it. Those competitive juices kicked in and he smoked me.’

So Brady can apparently hold his own on the golf course, too.
