Jennifer Lopez, 54, proves she hasn’t aged a day as she recreates album cover 23 years on in a sheer dress… after revealing the one (free) rule she follows to look young

Jennifer Lopez looked younger than ever as she re-created the cover for her 1999 album, On The 6.

The 54-year-old singer showcased her stunning looks as she posed for a new picture with Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi.

Jennifer, who is the wife of Oscar-winner Ben Affleck looked flawless in a sheer beige bodysuit while posing with her legs curls up.

The Hustlers actress’ hair was pulled back and she had on no jewelry in the photo taken by Norman Jean Roy.

The luxe Italian lingerie brand announced in March that JLo was joining the ranks of international stars, like Irina Shayk and Sarah Jessica Parker, who have previously represented the brand.

Now and then: Jennifer Lopez, 54, looked younger than ever as she recreated the cover for her 1999 album, On The 6 (pictured right)

This comes after she named the one beauty secret she follows that costs nothing.

In early September the Jenny From The Block singer modeled the look in front of a mirror and on top of a bed for the image set.

Captioning the photo dump on her Instagram for her 251 million followers with, ‘When it feels right…nothing else matters,’ the toned bombshell tagged the brand as she was promoting the fashion line with a paid partnership.

In all of the 𝑠e𝑥y snaps, the Shotgun Wedding starlet’s sun kissed brown locks were blown out loose around her shoulders.

The Mother actress’s only accessories were a megawatt smile and a black robe.

Rocking her signature smoky eyeshadow for the photoshoot, the Bronx-born beauty added the hashtag #thisismenow with a black heart emoji.

She has been in several ads for the Italian brand this year after her debut six months ago.

In 2022, Lopez shared one of her top rules for staying young looking. She said a good night’s sleep is her ultimate beauty secret.

Aging backwards: The eternally youthful actress and singer looked toned as ever during her Intimissimi photo shoot spread from earlier this month

Busting out: The Hustlers star nearly spilled out of her lingerie set in the 𝑠e𝑥y shoot

The actress is adamant a minimum of seven hours shut-eye is more effective than any expensive moisturizer and it’s a key part of her beauty regime – which she describes as the 5 Ss: sunscreen, serum, supplements, sano (living well) and sleep.

‘We don’t value sleep. We value grinding and working hard – and admittedly, nobody gets caught up in that rat race more than me,’ she shared on the latest edition of her On The JLo newsletter.

Sleep and some other things keep her on track.

‘I’ve found however, that sleep to me is the most underrated beauty secret out there. It’s one of the tenets of JLo Beauty and part of my 5S’s: Sunscreen, Serum, Supplements, (vivir) Sano and SLEEP!’ the mother of two added.

‘Getting at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night can be a game changer.’

She went on to reveal she went through a stage in her 20s when her career was taking off and she was sleeping for less than five hours a night.

The On The 6 star said exhaustion led to crippling panic attacks and she resolved to start living a healthier lifestyle by embracing wellness.

Jennifer added: ‘Since then, I’ve tried to live a very healthy and balanced life.

‘As I slept more and took care of myself, I realized it was about pro-living versus anti-aging… I think of sleep like a little time machine.

Looking good: Jennifer has always looked amazing and credits getting at least seven hours sleep every night as the key to her youthful looks (pictured in 1999)

‘You lay down and you go into a space where you preserve yourself and then you come out a new, younger person than you were before.’

Jennifer concluded by insisting she often looks 10 years younger after getting a really good night’s sleep.

She went on: ‘Sometimes I wake up and say, ‘Wow! I just lost 10 years off my face!’

‘That’s what a good night’s sleep can do for you, and it accumulates over time. For better or for worse, the pandemic slowed us all down, and it definitely slowed me down and made me realize that all we have co
