‘But Tom is keeping himself busy with his businesses, being a part of the sports teams he owns, getting ready for his commentating job next year, and being a father.

‘It is busy being Tom Brady, for all that he can do, he can’t make days last 36 hours.’

The continued: ‘Everything he does, he wants to give it 110 per cent, he knew he wasn’t able to give his full attention and time to Irina and she is such a good person, that he didn’t want her to feel less than in his world.

‘Maybe they will find each other in the future, but right now, it is easier for them to be friends.’

Tom separated from Gisele, with whom he has children Vivian, 10, and Benjamin, 13, in 2022 after 13 years. Their divorce was finalized in October that year. He also has a 16-year-old son, John, with his ex Bridget Moynahan.

The former quarterback was first linked to Irina back in July, when he was pictured caressing her face in his Rolls Royce following an overnight rendezvous at his Los Angeles home.

It came as rumors started swirling after they both attended billionaire art heir Joe Nahmad’s wedding to Madison Headrick in Sardinia, Italy.

Irina was previously in a relationship with Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper, with whom she shares six-year-old daughter Lea

But fears for their brief union grew after Tom was pictured relaxing on his yacht in Miami alone last week, while Irina, who has a six-year-old daughter Lea with ex Bradley Cooper, was spotted in New York.

Tom is a part owner of the Vegas Night Owls in the MLP, Birmingham City FC in the UK’s EFL Championship, and the newly-crowned WNBA Champions Las Vegas Aces.

He has also long been trying to buy a small stake in the Las Vegas Raiders, a club priced at $6 billion, according to Forbes.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner is also gearing up for his new commentator role after signing a $375 million 10-year deal with Fox Sports. He made his first appearance last month.

Meanwhile Irina has been busy concentrating on her modelling career, walking runways at Paris, Milan and London Fashion Week in recent months.

Her ex, Bradley, has also moved on following their split in June 2019, with the Oscar-nominee enjoying a budding romance with another model – Gigi Hadid, 28.

Last week, the pair got caught in the rain while out and about together in New York City as they strolled side-by-side along with a woman who was pushing a stroller.

It’s believed the child in the stroller could have been Gigi’s three-year-old daughter Khai, whom she shares with former One Direction singer Zayn Malik.
