Last month we told how sales of pricey cowboy gear had soared after the release of Beyoncé smash hit country album Cowboy Carter.

Taylor Swift has also been wearing similar boots on her Eras Tour.

Beth Goldstein, of market research firm Circana, said: “We can expect a resurgence in western style this year as a result of the aesthetic playing a prominent role in pop culture on the stage with Beyonce and Taylor Swift.”

Beyonce, who had a hit in 2001 with the Destiny’s Child single Bootylicious, has also caused clothing brand Levi’s to rocket in popularity.

It came after she released a song called Levii’s Jeans with rapper Post Malone.

The 42-year-old superstar posed in an all-denim outfit in a post on Instagram yesterday after singing the lyrics “denim on denim on denim on denim” in the track.

Customer foot traffic at Levi’s stores rose by 20 per cent in the week that Beyonce released her album, compared to the past three years.

The brand nodded to Beyonce’s namecheck on her album by temporarily changing its name on Instagram to “Levii’s”.

“Levi’s chief exec Michelle Gass said: “Denim is having a moment and the Levi’s brand is having a powerful moment around the world.

“I don’t think there’s any better evidence or proof point than having someone like Beyonce, who is a culture-shaper, to actually name a song after us.”

The singer recently released her country album Cowboy Carter
