The Resurgence Of Old Carly In Ava’s Downfall, Shocking Return And Revenge Strategy?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors reveal Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) seemed ready to make changes for the good in her life when her mom, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) passed away.

But somewhere inside lurks the old Carly, the one who seduced her mother’s husband, and was bent on revenge-could recent events bring her back?

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer Chose A New Path With Nina Reeves

Carly discovered that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was the one who exposed her insider trading crimes to the federal government, leading to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) imprisonment. But rather than seeking revenge on Nina, Carly chose a new path and a different approach after remembering her mother’s wise words.

She realized that focusing on the bigger picture is more important than wasting energy on plotting revenge and chose to let Nina off the hook, considering her life was already ruined.

However, Carly’s attitude towards Ava Jerome (Maura West) might not be as forgiving. Noticing Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bizarre behavior and remembering Ava was involved in events leading to Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) untimely death could bring the old Carly roaring back!

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome’s Wormed Her Way Into Sonny Corinthos’s Life

Viewers are well aware of Ava’s cunning tactics in infiltrating Sonny’s life and sowing seeds of doubt in his mind about those close to him. With Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) behind the scenes assistance, she has taken it a step further by keeping a possibly deadly secret.

Sonny’s quarter strength bipolar medications are causing him to behave unpredictably and make irrational decisions.

Interestingly, although Ava is fully aware of the truth behind the medication switch, she’s chosen to keep this knowledge to herself, unaware of Valentin’s role in the scheme.

In the episode that aired April 22, Carly sensed something off about Sonny, boldly confronting him and acknowledging his uncharacteristic behavior, despite Sonny’s previous declaration of being done with her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer And Nina Reeves Agreed On Something

Carly and Nina recently had a discussion where they surprisingly found common ground – they both agreed that Ava’s influence on Sonny is extremely dangerous and harmful.

In the episode that aired May 3, Carly took a bold step and informed Sonny and Ava that she wants their daughter, Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears), to live with her full-time.

Carly’s decision stems from her growing concern about Sonny’s state of mind, and her ultimate goal is to protect their precious daughter; she’s already realized he’s in a mental health crisis.

Carly has always been perceptive when it comes to Sonny’s medication regimen, and she has a wealth of experience in helping him navigate through difficult times.

Therefore, we firmly believe that Carly will be there for him once again, offering her unwavering support and assistance.

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer Puts Two And Two Together

It won’t be difficult for Carly to put two and two together and suspect Ava switched Sonny’s pills for placebos, even though she didn’t get a chance to take any.

Obviously she’d want to have them tested; remembering Ava switched Morgan’s medsand that would be a very triggering memory, one that could bring the old Carly back with a vengeance!

The new and improved Carly will fade away, making way for the return of the old Carly, who will come back stronger than ever.

Despite the consequences her devious plans often bring to Port Charles, it appears that Carly won’t be bothered by them this time around.

General Hospital Spoilers – What Might Carly Do To Ava Jerome?

We can speculate about various scenarios, but murder is definitely out of the question-although Carly might make Ava wish she had killed her!

Carly might try to take away Ava’s art gallery and even custody of Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola), possibly framing her with evidence of being an unfit mother!

Given Avery’s close relationship with Carly and the possibility of Sonny seeking therapy, Carly could potentially make a move for at least temporary custody.

Or, she could involve Michael and Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen) in an intervention for Sonny and a custody suit for Avery.

It wouldn’t be the first time Michael had custody of his little sister, that happened when she was a baby as well and it’s all in public records!

The Albanese government’s radical plan to double taxes on Australians with more than $3million in superannuation looks dead in the water because it doesn’t have the votes to pass the Senate.
