MASON GREENWOOD’S time at Manchester United looks like it is going to come to a permanent end this summer.
The Red Devils academy graduate has spent the season on loan with La Liga outfit Getafe after he had charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault dropped.

And despite an impressive campaign in Spain, scoring eight goals and registering six assists, United don’t seem to want to keep hold of the 22-year-old.
Getafe president Angel Torres revealed that Old Trafford execs are looking to SELL Greenwood in the coming months.
Speaking to Radio Marca, he said: “Manchester, the news we have from last week, the thing is that if there is a good offer they would like to sell.
“Because he is not going to return there [Manchester United].”
The update comes amid swirling rumours about clubs that are interested in the attacker and where he might take his next steps for his relatively young career.
Here SunSport takes a look at five clubs that could be the new home of the former England international…
Barcelona
Barcelona are one team that have been linked with a move for Greenwood having been able to keep a keen eye on him in La Liga.
The cash-strapped Catalans may feel that the Bradford-born star is an affordable option for them with his contract at Man Utd set to expire at the end of next season.
United execs have already reportedly spoken to sporting director Deco and Barca’s Champions League status would be a huge pull in itself for Greenwood.
Juventus
Greenwood isn’t short of European giants who have been linked with snatching him away from Man Utd.
Juventus are said to be keen on the versatile forward who is understood to be high up on the Old Lady’s wishlist this summer.
Some reports have even suggested that Juve would be willing to work out a swap deal for Greenwood.
United are said to be interested in signing Brazilian centre-back Gleison Bremer from the Serie A strugglers.
Atletico Madrid
Another La Liga club who have seen first hand what Greenwood can do on the pitch.
Atletico Madrid have reportedly joined rivals Barcelona in the race to sign Greenwood from Man Utd in the summer.
However it’s claimed that Atletico have baulked at the rumoured price tag that United have slapped on their star – a whopping £53.1 MILLION.

Lazio
Lazio came close to signing Greenwood before he joined Getafe on loan earlier this season.
The Italians were keen to offer him a lifeline during his lengthy spell on the sidelines, but ultimately saw their deal fall through after problems with the paperwork.
Lazio’s president, Claudio Lotito, told La Lazio Siamo Noi: “I tried until the last minute”.
This summer could see the Seria A side take a second swing at getting their man.
Al-Nassr
A wildcard option, but one that could still happen.
The Saudi Pro League has been poaching top talent from all over Europe in recent transfer windows with stars like Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema taking the leap.
Saudi sides have been linked with a move for Greenwood and would certainly have the funds to negotiate a deal that leaves all parties happy.
However, Greenwood is said to be keen on signing for a team that are competing for Champions League football – something Al-Nassr cannot offer.
