Weeks earlier, the reality TV superstar divulged that she is ingesting her placenta after giving birth to her fourth child.

In late November, she swung by her Insta Stories to announce that she has had her placenta put into pills she can eat over time.

While insisting that ‘this is #notanad,’ she specified that she had availed herself of the services of the California-based company Mommy Made Encapsulation.

She previously ate her placenta when she gave birth to her son Reign, eight, the youngest of the three children she shares with her ex Scott Disick.

Scott and Kourtney were together on-and-off for nine years, and in addition to Reign they share two older children called Mason, 13, and Penelope, 11.

Kourtney is among a fleet of showbiz figures who have taken to the trend of eating the placenta – including her little sister Kim Kardashian.
