While sitting in the back of the well-lit vehicle, with cameras aimed rolling, Gaga could be seen changing out of her ice blue frock.

In the midst of the outfit change, she lost her grip on a bright canary yellow fur shawl that she had been using to cover up with.

After inadvertently exposing her chest, the Born This Way hitmaker eventually used her hands to shield herself from further embarrassment.

Afterwards, on Sunday morning Lady Gaga appeared to have forgotten all about the incident.

Instead, she shared a selfie as she prepared to take a ‘polar plunge’, an event in which attendees jump into freezing cold water.

The 13-time MTV Video Music Award winner is seen in the photo looking nervous, with the caption, ‘Before the Polar Plunge’.

Gaga soon arrived to a beach in Chicago, Illinois where she dove in to Lake Michigan, in support of the Special Olympic Games.
