Sending pulses racing, Selena slipped into a plunging blazer, giving onlookers a generous glimpse of her enviable decolletage.

Wearing her raven hair, which she recently dyed blonde, in a sleek wet do, she injected a vampy touch with Gothic-inspired lipstick, completing her look with a statement smoky eye.

Selena will join the likes of last year’s winner Madonna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Beyonce, who have previously boasted the title.

Meanwhile in her personal life, rumours are swirling that Selena has moved on from her recent break up with beau of a year The Weeknd, with her old love, Justin Bieber.

They were spotted strolling together this week in Los Angeles, and are said to have looked very much in love as they ‘try to work things out’.

A source told People, however, that they want to keep their relationship more ‘private’ even though they are ‘happy.’

Gomez was also seen kissing Bieber at a hockey game this week.

It’s believed Justin’s pastor Carl Lentz encouraged the famous duo to reunite, with a source telling The Sun: ‘They started texting when she was in hospital for her kidney transplant.

‘Justin only found out through the press and he was hurt that she hadn’t told him directly.

‘He sent her flowers during her recovery.

‘In the past Justin has been ‘lead astray’ or let’s say gone off the rails behaviour wise in different relationships.

And it seems like things are back on between her ex The Weeknd and ex Bella Hadid, one year after their break up.

Sources close to the Canadian rapper told E! he ‘loves her still’ and feels ‘they will always have a real connection.’

This comes after the ex of Selena Gomez, 25, was seen jetting out of the 21-year-old model’s NYC apartment late last week.

The 27-year-old singer, songwriter and record producer was seen leaving the model’s New York apartment late on Tuesday night before sprinting to a waiting car.

While things aren’t official between the Starboy singer and the supermodel, People’s insider said: ‘Abel reached out to Bella… and she decided to see him and see where things go.’
