Cristiano Ronaldo sent a message to his team-mates to keep pushing in their quest for the Saudi Pro League title.
The Portuguese superstar led his side to a 2-1 victory over Al-Fateh to keep their faint title dreams alive. Ronaldo then posted on social media calling for him, his team-mates and their fans to keep believing that winning the league title is possible. The serial winner is not giving up just yet.
WHAT RONALDO SAID
Posting on X, Ronaldo said: “Another win, another goal ⚽️ Let’s keep going Al-Nassr”
In reality, the league title looks to be slightly out of even Ronaldo’s reach. Al-Nassr sit four points behind Al-Hilal having played a game more than the league leaders. Even despite his goalscoring feats, Ronaldo’s side have to improve if they want to push Al-Hilal all the way. Ronaldo will be surely keeping an eye on their title rivals game against Al-Raed today, praying on a slip-up.
WHAT NEXT FOR RONALDO? Winning trophies is almost second nature to Ronaldo and he has a chance to add another in the AFC Champions League. Al-Nassr face Al-Fayha in their Round of 16 second leg on Wednesday.
