When creating a DIY natural insect repellent, it’s crucial to use ingredients that are safe, effective, and easily accessible. Here’s a simple recipe you can try:

Ingredients:

  1. Essential oils: Choose from citronella, eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, or lemon grass. These oils are known for their bug-repelling properties.
  2. Witch hazel or rubbing alcohol: Acts as a base for your repellent and helps it to stay on the skin longer.
  3. Vegetable glycerin: Optional, but it can help to moisturize the skin and extend the life of the repellent.
  4. Water: Distilled or boiled (cooled) water to dilute the mixture.

Instructions:
