Chelsea have decided they are ready to sell Armando Broja this month.
That is according to breaking transfer news on Wednesday.
The Athletic has claimed that Chelsea are willing to let Armando Broja leave during the January transfer window on a permanent basis
If sold, the 22-year-old academy graduate is going to bring in pure profit on the balance sheet. This comes at a time when the Financial Fair Play rules is a very popular topic.

The Athletic explained earlier today that Chelsea are prepared to sell Broja.
Most importantly, the young striker’s future is not based on whether or not his club signs another forward.
The report added that the Blues attacker is already attracting interest from the likes of Fulham, West Ham, and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Elsewhere, journalist Simon Phillips reported via his Substack that Chelsea’s Broja is really liked by West Ham, Crystal Palace and Brentford.
Chelsea could sell Armando Broja
We’re very much in a state of shock in reaction to this Broja news.
Of course, there’s the huge financial upside of selling the academy graduate. The forward has struggled in the first half of the season as he continues to find his feet after a long-term injury, too.
However, the youngster’s still got incredible potential and is the type of sale we could regret further down the line. Also, the attack is suddenly looking very thin on the ground if he leaves the squad without a replacement in this window.
We’d only feel content with allowing Broja to leave once we know a new No 9 is joining the club. Our preference would be a loan rather than a permanent deal, too.
Incidentally, Frank Lampard once described Broja as “very talented” back in February 2022, as quoted by Metro Sport.
