The sleeveless maxi featured red petals printed all over it as she teamed it with a pair of shiny metallic silver stilettos.

Perhaps the most eye-catching part of her outfit was a shimmering silver clutch in the shape of a rabbit.

In the film, the Oscar-nominee voices a character named Flopsy.

It is an adaptation of Beatrix Potter’s classic children’s tale of a rebellious rabbit named Peter Rabbit who attempts to sneak in a farmer’s vegetable garden.

Peter Rabbit – directed by Will Gluck – is set for release in the US on Friday with a UK release following on 16 February.

Meanwhile Margot is nominated for her first Oscar for her work in I, Tonya.

She faces heavy competition as she is up against Frances McDormand in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Sally Hawkins in The Shape Of Water, Saoirse Ronan in Lady Bird, and Meryl Streep in The Post.

The 90th Annual Academy Awards will air live from The Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on 8pm EST/ 5pm PST March 4 on ABC.
