Kanye West‘s ‘wife’ Bianca Censori has made headlines for wearing a number of outrageous outfits during the couple’s highly-publiclised Italian getaway.

But it is a pair of familiar white shoes which really has onlookers talking this week.

While the Aussie architect, 28, seemingly boasts an endless supply of see-through bodysuits, many have noticed she’s worn the same distinctive footwear throughout her entire trip.

The leather stilettos are believed to be Ferragamo ‘Eva’ pumps worth $1,490, and feature a pointy closed toe and unusual ‘spool’ heels that make them appear almost unstable.

Censori was first spotted wearing her favourite footwear on August 5th, when she and West, 46, took a romantic stroll in Tuscany.

The model left little to the imagination in a diaphanous cream-toned leotard and leggings, completing her look with a brown toque and silver rings.

Her quirky stilettos made an appearance again on August 20th, when Censori and the American rapper made a pit-stop at a vending machine on the side of the road in Tuscany.

She went braless for the occasion, sporting another skintight catsuit that made her appear naked while covering her nipples with a black cross-body bag.

Censori wore the heels again on August 23 and then on August 27, both while dressed in see-through  outfits as she walked the streets of Italy with West.

The heels even featured in social media photos of the couple cuddling during a night out.

‘Hideous. Despite all that money [she has] just the one pair of ugly white shoes that she does not appear able to walk in (apart from the thousands of pairs of tights she owns that she wears as every conceivable item of clothing – including as a hat),’ another added.

‘Are those the only shoes she has packed? someone else asked.

Others expressed concern that Censori may fall over, given the concave angle of her heels.

‘Her shoes all look as if she does not walk in them correctly or something. The heels all look like they are going to collapse at any given moment,’ one user wrote.

‘Are the heels supposed to be bent, or are they broken? Weird. But then that’s par for the course,’ a second critic commented.

‘Her shoes look like they are about to fall apart,’ another agreed, while someone else simply wrote: ‘She needs to burn those shoes.’

The couple have made headlines over the past month for their odd wardrobe choices, with critics especially taking aim at Censori for ‘going around virtually naked‘ in the conservative Catholic country.

Fashion designer West is widely believed to be behind all of Censori’s recent and controversial looks.

The brunette has stepped out on several occasions with her bare breasts clearly visible beneath see-through mesh outfits.

Among them was the outrageous nude catsuit – which saw her forced to cover her nipples with a black cross-body bag.

According to major tourism website CIU Travel, locals find it ‘offensive’ to see visitors ‘wandering the streets in varying states of undress.’

The website reads: ‘Walking around in beach attire or, worse, shirtless, is a huge no-no in Italy, unless you have your feet buried deep in the sand.’

It remains to be seen whether West or Censori will face any form of official punishment for their latest over-the-top display.

Meanwhile, calls are being made for West and Censori to be arrested over their latest outrageous display in Italy.

The couple sparked controversy yet again on Monday during a trip to Venice after they were spotted enjoying an amorous moment on a boat, with West exposing his bare buttocks in front of gawking tourists.

Images of the couple showed the American rapper, 46, seated at the back of the river taxi while his Australian so-called bride, 28, placed her head in his lap.

However both shed their layers once getting on board, with Censori ditching her coat in favour of a a strapless nude-coloured number as West pulled down his pants which exposed his bare behind.

It appeared that things were getting very steamy as Censori rested her elbows on his knees while he was then seen cradling her head as they sailed along the river.

Many have argued that the flesh-baring display constituted ‘public indecency,’ a charge which comes with a fine of up to €309 (AU$520), according to the Italian Constitutional Court.

West and Censori were first romantically linked in January 2023 just months after his divorce was finalised.

The couple wed in a private ceremony in Beverly Hills in January, about two months after the rapper’s divorce to Kim Kardashian was finalised.

However, the legality of the union is in question, as they did not file a marriage certificate.

Previously, Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021 after six years of marriage.

Throughout their longtime romance, West often called her his ‘muse’ and heavily influenced her fashion choices.

The former couple share four children together — North, 10, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four.
