Steven Stokey-Daley the designer, welcomed singer Harry Styles’ choice to invest in his nascent house with a jubilant exhibition in Florence.

The collection, staged within Florence’s Palazzo Vecchio, mixed English boarding school elegance, summer trysts, and romance in the highlight presentation of Pitti.

Pitti occurs twice a year, mostly within a massive ancient stronghold known as Fortezza da Basso, but its highlights are often spectacular one-of-a-kind presentations by newly renowned designers. That was never truer when S.S. Daley put on a fantastic runway display, set underneath massive paintings by painter Giorgio Vasari, whose history of significant noble painters is the single most important textual guide to Renaissance art.

The house stated that Styles had become a minority investor in S.S. Daley where he will help expand the namesake business, created in 2020.Daley has transferred much of its tailoring to Italy, resulting in a more polished style. Daley successfully combined soft-shouldered shapes with a crisp cut. The contrast buttons and hip youthful cast add to the overall freshness and kickiness.

The designer stated, “Harry and I have a shared vision for the future of S.S. Daley and we are looking forward to this fresh phase altogether as we emphasise brand durability and scaling the business into a modern British heritage house.”
