Following his impressive performance against the Dolphins, LeBron James uses the now-viral “Quarterbacky” phrase to mock Lamar Jackson detractors.

LeBron James had a quirky response to all of those who had a question regarding the Baltimore Ravens‘ quarterback, Lamar Jackson. After a memorable night against the Miami Dolphins this Sunday, Jackson silenced his critics in style.

Jackson did everything that his fans asked for. He had an 85% completion rate with 18 of his 21 passes completed. In addition, the QB registered five touchdowns. He became the second QB after Texans’ CJ Stroud to do this feat this season.

After this high-voltage performance, James slammed a national radio host who questioned Jackson’s ability to play the game. The host earlier said that Lamar could be a great athlete but not quarterback enough. FOX Sports Radio host Monse Baloñas wanted to say that Jackson has been a laggard when it comes to passing the ball with high ability.

Taking a sharp dig after Jackson’s performance, James took to X and wrote:

Quarterbacky huh!?!? NAAAAHHHHH!! H.I.M.

The short one-sentence was enough to slam the host for the controversial statement that he made.

This season Jackson has been the fittest since his 2019 MVP season. And he has taken the Ravens to a new height. The team which struggled in the past seasons is presently dubbed the best in this season. They have won 13 games and have lost just three. In addition, the Ravens have also almost grabbed the No. 1 seed spot in the AFC.

Lamar Jackson is one of the frontrunners for the 2023-24 MVP

Jackson has produced a stellar performance in this year’s NFL. He has earned 24 passing touchdowns against seven interceptions so far. His five-touchdown performance against the second-best team in the AFC will go down as one of the best performances ever produced this season.

The quarterback has also overtaken Dak Prescott in being the favorite for the MVP award. According to top sportsbooks, Jackson is now the favorite to win the MVP over Prescott and Brock Purdy.

The Ravens signal-caller has garnered a lot of attention this season. He has been colorful both on and off-field. His on-field performance has been witnessed by everyone, whereas his off-field attitude has also garnered reactions.

However, Jackson had a confusing offseason with the Ravens. His return to the field as a Ravens player was looking unsure. Nonetheless, the Ravens offered him a $260 million contract with $185 million guaranteed and managed to keep their hold on him.

After the game against the Dolphins, Jackson had the giving money away celebration directed at the teams that rejected him this offseason. If Jackson wins this year’s MVP, then he will become the second after Mahomes to win the MVP award in the span of five years in recent times.
