From the company name and development goals, many viewers predicted that this could be a separate company founded by Jisoo (Blackpink) .

On December 29, 2023, YG Entertainment officially announced that all four Blackpink members, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa, did not renew their individual contracts with the company, while the group contract was re-signed.

A few days earlier, Jennie announced the establishment of her own company ODD ATELIER (OA) to develop her solo career. Korean media also predicts that the remaining members will soon reveal plans to establish their own companies.
