It’s been two and a half years since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt.
And as the former couple continue to hammer out the legal details of their split, Britain’s The Sun claimed Thursday that Jolie has had a change of heart and wants to revive the marriage.
Touting an exclusive, The Sun quotes an anonymous source who told the tabloid: ‘Angelina has made it clear to Brad that she wants to be back in a relationship with him.’
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives of Jolie and Pitt seeking comment.

The actress, according to the report, is ‘dragging out’ the divorce negotiations in the hope of a reconciliation.
‘She would like them to be a family again and doesn’t seem capable of moving on,’ The Sun’s source claimed. ‘That’s why she is making it so difficult for Brad with every detail of their divorce.’
The newspaper goes on to report that Pitt isn’t interested in getting back together with his ex but does want to maintain an amicable relationship with Jolie for the sake of their kids.
The Sun’s source stated: ‘He just wants it all settled — in reality, this could have been over a year ago — but she won’t let go.’

The two Hollywood stars are parents to Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
In January, Jolie, 43, and Pitt, 55, were seen meeting together twice at attorneys offices in Beverly Hills as they work on the details of their divorce.
It was previously announced in November that they had agreed a custody arrangement.

Meanwhile, PageSix.com claimed in March that Pitt and Jolie had requested a court to make them legally single again even though their divorce hasn’t been finalized.
Citing TheBlast.com, the gossip site said the exes both wanted to get on with their lives and ’emotionally move on’.
The actor and actress, who fell for each other on the set of the movie Mr. And Mrs. Smith, were together for eight years before tying the knot in 2014.
In her divorce filing two years later, Jolie cited irreconcilable differences and sought primary custody of their children, three of whom are the couple’s biological children and three of whom are adopted.
Her decision triggered a bitter custody dispute during which Pitt was investigated and cleared of child abuse, and both sides accused each other of trying to manipulate media coverage in their favor.
Pitt was previously married to Friends star Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005.
Jolie had two previous marriages – to Johnny Lee Miller from 1996 to 1999 and to Billy Bob Thornton from 2000 to 2003.
The actor and actress, who fell for each other on the set of the movie Mr. And Mrs. Smith, were together for eight years before tying the knot in 2014. Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016
