Unsurprisingly, Travis Kelce was one of many who seemed to enjoy Taylor Swift‘s recent cameo on Saturday Night Live.

Both Kelce and Swift, who have been dating for the past month, made surprise appearances on SNL at the weekend as they continue to dominate headlines amid their budding romance.

The Kansas City Chiefs star poked fun at the hysteria surrounding his new relationship by appearing as ‘someone who just wants to talk about football’ at the end of a hilarious skit with Pete Davidson, Kenan Thompson and more.

Swift, meanwhile, was on hand to introduce rapper Ice Spice as a stand-in for guest host Davidson.

SNL posted a clip of the pop sensation’s brief appearance on their Instagram account, which brought in almost 180,000 likes – including from Kelce himself.

The Kansas City Chiefs star has dominated headlines over the past month amid his budding romance with Swift

The NFL tight end has been the talk of the country over the past month after Swift rocked up at Arrowhead to watch him and the Chiefs defeat the Chicago Bears amid rumors of a blossoming romance.

She also attended his game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium earlier this month, before returning to Arrowhead for last week’s win over the Denver Broncos.

Kelce has shared a highlight reel from that game against the Broncos on his Instagram account, which includes shots of him walking into the stadium and receiving a series of catches throughout.

He captioned the post: ‘Dopaliscious’.

Swift and Kelce spent Thursday and Friday night together at his mansion after she watched him play against the Broncos in Missouri.

On Saturday, they both flew back to NYC together on Taylor’s private jet, before hitting the town for two PDA-filled date nights on both Saturday and Sunday.

Then, on Monday, Swift sparked rumors she was traveling back to Kansas City with her new boyfriend when various Louis Vuitton luggage cases were seen being loaded into an SUV at Taylor’s Tribeca apartment.

Minutes later, Taylor’s new Range Rover emerged from the underground parking garage, before both cars headed off to the airport.

Travis will need to be at home before long as the Chiefs begin preparations for their game against the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead on Sunday afternoon.

Taylor has been to four of his last five games, and she could yet attend more – as she enjoys time off before the South American leg of her worldwide Eras tour.
