วันที่ 17 เมษายน 2567 “โค้ชหระ” อิสสระ ศรีทะโร ออกมาให้สัมภาษณ์หลังเกมที่ ทีมชาติไทย ชุดเล็ก สามารถเอาชนะ ทีมชาติอิรัก ได้ด้วยสกอร์ 2-0 ในฟุตบอล เอเอฟซี U23 เอเชียน คัพ 2024 รอบแบ่งกลุ่ม กลุ่มซี นัดแรก คว้า 3 คะแนนสำคัญไปครอง
“อย่างแรกเลยก็ต้องขอขอบคุณน้องๆ รวมไปถึงทีมงานและทางสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลฯ ที่ให้เรามีขุมกำลังมาร่วมในรายการนี้ เกมนี้น้องๆ ทำได้ดี มีวินัยในการเล่น และสามารถเอาบอลมาครองได้ดี ทุกเกมเราอยากจะมีแต้ม การได้สามแต้มในเกมนี้ถือเป็นเรื่องที่ดีมาก เราวางแผนเรื่องของการเล่นมาเป็นอย่างดี เรารู้ว่าผู้เล่นของอิรักมีความสามารถเฉพาะตัวสูง ก็ต้องอาศัยความละเอียดในการเล่นของนักเตะ ซึ่งทุกคนก็ทำได้ดีในการสอดซ้อนเกมรับ” โค้ชหระ กล่าว
“ฟุตบอลมีทั้งจุดอ่อนจุดแข็ง ซึ่งเราสามารถปิดจุดแข็งของอิรักได้ดี และก็ยิงประตูได้จากลูกเซตเพลย์ด้วย ก็ต้องให้เครดิตนักเตะที่ลงเล่นเป็นตัวจริงและที่เปลี่ยนตัวลงไปด้วย เราเลือกที่จะเล่นเกมรับก็เลยเปลี่ยนผู้เล่นที่เล่นเกมรับ และพอที่จะทำประตูได้ด้วย ซึ่งต้น (ธีรศักดิ์ เผยพิมาย) ก็ทำผลงานได้ดี สามารถรักษาสกอร์ของทีมและทำประตูของตัวเองได้”
“เกมหน้าเราก็ต้องกลับไปเช็กสภาพร่างกายนักเตะหลายคน รวมไปถึงก็ต้องดูฟอร์มของซาอุดีอาระเบียด้วยในเกมที่จะลงต่อจากเราว่าการเล่นเป็นอย่างไร ตัวผู้เล่นเป็นอย่างไร แต่ก็มีแผนเบื้องต้นในการรับมืออยู่แล้ว”
