VIDEO: Steph Curry Cries Uncontrollably After Draymond Green Is Escorted, Creating Chaos in Dub Nation

After going ejection-less for a good stretch of weeks, Draymond Green was tossed for the fourth time this season against the Orlando Magic. The former defensive player of the year is one of the smartest athletes in the game today. Green gets extremely passionate when he’s on the floor. He always keeps his teammates pumped up during challenging scenarios. But this time, his passion led to an unfortunate ejection.

Referee Ray Acosta rewarded Steph Curry with a foul while Paolo Banchero drove the basket. While this was just another ordinary play, Green flared up and argued with the official. Curry and other Golden State Warriors members stood by Green to keep him from crossing the line. Moments after the scuffle broke off, Green uttered something that triggered Acosta to toss him out of the game.

Draymond Green was given two technical fouls, one after the call on Curry and the other after he argued with Acosta. Eventually, Curry took matters into his own hands and led the Warriors to an impressive 101-93 victory. Green praised his teammates on X saying, “Great DUB!! Appreciate my dawgs holding it down! On to the next one! BOUNCE BACK!” Obviously, fans weren’t pleased with how Green carried himself on the floor.

One fan said, “Therapy didn’t help at all.” Green had to go through therapy after his third ejection this season. The 4x NBA Champion acted erratically which had him suspended indefinitely. Another fan said, “Lock in for the rest of the season Draymond please, and thank you.” It is important to have Green on the floor, especially since the Warriors are just over a game outside the 11th seed.

If there was one individual who tried his best to keep Draymond Green from trouble, it was Steph Curry. During the minor scuffle, Curry was scene asking Green to calm down. After the center was ejected from the game, Curry seemed distraught. The former 2x MVP was seen in tears as he walked back onto the floor.

Eventually, Curry led the team to an outstanding victory despite the Warriors being major underdogs. After the game, Curry wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts on Green’s ejection. He emphasized how important Green is to the team, especially during the final stage of the regular season. Draymond has been their lead facilitator averaging 8.8 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 6 assists per game.
