Serena Williams joined her elder sister and fellow tennis legend Venus on the latter’s Instagram Live show this week.

During the latest episode of Wellness With Venus the dynamic duo could be seen working through several strenuous exercises together.

Venus and Serena were focusing on their legs and core during the workout session which occurred at Serena’s home.

During their chat Venus revealed that as she entered the home she was instantly greeted by Serena’s three-year-old daughter Olympia.

‘So I got the house and Olympia right away said: “Come play with me!”‘ said the loving aunt during the workout portion.

‘She jumped in and she got so upset that I couldn’t play because I was doing Instagram Live,’ said Venus describing Olympia as ‘my boss.’

Serena shares her little girl with her husband Alexis Ohanian who helped found Reddit and whom she married in New Orleans in 2017.

After the workout session the pair of them also participated in a Q&A session where the questions were directed at Serena.

‘When you’re doing your on-court interview before you walk on the court what are you thinking?’ asked Venus early on.

‘”I don’t wanna do this,” and then I think, sometimes I think: “Okay, don’t say that,” ‘cause I’m, I’ll say anything,’ said Serena noting: ‘I try to stay professional.’

Recently Serena also starred in a Instagram video for Nike in which she promoted her Serena Williams Design Crew for ‘more diverse designers.’

‘My style has been for the longest of time very classic but with a wild twist. I just like taking a chance,’ Serena shared.

‘When you think of traditional tennis before myself and my sister really came along, it was just kind of basic silhouettes like a top and a skirt,’ she added.

‘And I’m like: “When I step on the court I definitely wanna stand out.” We should we wearing dresses or pants or whatever that is, it just needs to be something that is a shock factor. It’s a performance and think about it in a different way.’
