TTO – Sandra Bullock – famous actress in the movies Speed and Miss Congeniality has just donated 1 million USD to the American Red Cross to support humanitarian relief efforts in countries affected by earthquake and tsunami disasters.

Red Cross President and CEO Marsha Evans said: “At this important moment, I once again thank Sandra Bullock for her compᴀssion and faith in our global humanitarian mission. us”. “Sandra continues to support our rescue work and is a model of generosity.”

This is not the first time Sandra Bullock has supported charitable causes with large amounts of money. She also contributed $1 million to victims of the terrorist attack on the United States on September 11, 2001.

Bullock is about to appear in the movie Miss Congeniality part 2: Armed and Fabulous as FBI agent Gracie Hart, this time in Las Vegas.
