“This is one of Coral Gables’ two gated communities on private streets,” Delgado told The Post. “Community owns the street.” This gated community is unusual. Delgado said his client chose it for privacy.

Two acres for one home is rare in Miami. Alarcón bought Delgado’s house 15 years ago.

Alarcón adds, “I purchased the home in 2006 for approximately $12 miℓℓio𝚗 before totally refurbishing it for my needs.”
